How to Lose Weight in 10 Days

Instructions

Step 1. Drink only water or unsweetened tea. Sodas and juices have a lot of calories, but they don't fill you up. Even diet soda has been known to trigger cravings for sweets. However, drinking water has been shown to speed up your metabolism.

Step 2. Avoid salty foods. You should not eat anything that contains a lot of salt. You should even avoid putting salt on the foods that you do it. Salty foods cause your body to retain water, which makes you weight more and look bloated.

Step 3. For 10 days, you should only eat fruits and vegetables, and occasionally lean meats (watch the salt content!). Do not eat any breads, pastas, dairy products, or fatty dressings. This will cause you to lose any water weight that you have been retaining, making you look and feel slimmer.

Step 4. Avoid oily food because it contain a huge amount of calories. Extra calories stored in our body as fat.

Step 5. By exercising for at least 30 minutes every day, you can increase the amount of weight lost.

  2. You forgot to mention boosting the free testosterone level (in men) and the details on conversion of HDL to the same. T initiates lipolysis; pyridoxine is is essential for metabolism of amino acids and starch and the so called salted lean meat (cold cuts) comprise a lot of sodium nitrite. One more thing, spot reduction techniques don't work; you should have mentioned full-body exercises, with special emphasis given to the Glutei Maximus and the quadriceps.

    For losing extra water, a diuretic like Tribulus i.e. Gokshura is very helpful if administered with multivitamins fortified with methylcobalamin, potassium and zinc.
